Lying in after Belfast

A nice lie in after what was a long, but fantastic day in Belfast with Chris Pattinson, David Tutin, and Barbra Tutin. Flight with Easyjet from Liverpool was at 7am yesterday morning, delayed for an hour, but we made half an hour back. Then straight off to the Busmills distillery for a tour and whisky [...]

A lazy morning with a lie in at the corporate flat at Clarence Dock in Leeds. Thirteen floors up and a lovely day. Currently listening to Radio 4 before a bath and venturing out for a lazy lunch at Pizza Express and then the drive back home. Last night was good fun with my new [...]

A nice evening in Macclesfield, shame I am ill. Yuck.

How can I, at this time of the year, have possibly picked up a cold. All ache and this is not nice during a busy week. Well fish supper soon to be consumed, working my way through a Lemsip, and hopefully will feel better. Tweet

Amazing to see how much has changed in Liverpool, especially Paradise Street. I have always been fond of Liverpool; great city. Tweet

Playing squash in the morning

Great game of squash this morning with Terry at Macclesfield Leisure Centre. A good forty minutes of slogging it around a court. Pleased with my performance because I have not played in weeks due to the new job in Leeds. Tweet

Feel like poo

Dear all, Please excuse the headline news, but I feel like poo today. After having had one of the worse sleeps in a while I felt yuck this morning, and only now am I seeing an improvement. An early night for me I think. I also had an off stomach which has not helped at [...]

The rock

Cobley visited the rock of Gibraltar on Thursday for a successful business meeting, and managed to have some enjoyable time in the sun with colleagues drinking beer. A long day mind you with a 5.15am start and 3am finish (the finish being care of a Ryanair delay). Tweet
