Why am doing cross country today in this weather?!?!?

Why have I committed to a 7 mile cross country race at Knowsley Safari Park? It is raining and cold, and 7 miles at full belt will be the death of me – still have a cough from a cold… http://www.northernathletics.org.uk/events/northern-athletics-cross-country-championships/ Tweet

Currently in the Manchester (Quantcast) office typing away before the next meeting. Nice and toasty in the office, and lovely and fresh outside. Tweet

Walkies? Or Work?

Ted in the morning… Mr Ted likes to go for a walk in the morning in which he peruses the local streets and leaves his mark; won’t provide detail on that one. This morning I was trying to work on the laptop whilst his majesty, bored, wandered the lounge and quietly insisted on his walk. [...]
