Cheshire East and responding to a complaint.
I have decided to post the following photograph as a result of damage caused by bad driving from Cheshire East refuse team, to highlight a rather pitiful lie, and poor service from said team. During the year the grass verge opposite my father’s house has been cut to ribbons by the poor driving of the refuse staff in there refuse lorry. We all have driving mishaps, but the blatant lack of consideration by the drivers has been unbelieveable. This is the first complaint.
I compained to Cheshire East over this, and the initial reply I received (from the helpful customer services team) explained that the damage was caused by BAAS staff who are working at the moment in the close. I got back in contact to explain that this was utter rubbish having seen the refuse staff more than once cut the verge up, and certainly not BAAS staff or contractors; an utterly despicable lie. I was then told that the supervisor would be in touch – no call to date – and I have yet to receive a reponse to another e-mail I sent; third complaint.
