BEGINNING TO FEEL A BIT BETTER AFTER FOUR INNS.

So on the 12th I ran 32 miles for the Haworth Hobble, and on the 19th I ran 40 miles for the Four Inns. Not the best diary planning methinks, but highly enjoyable. The most interesting thing for me being that it is not the physical stress you put yourself under, but also the mental – it really does take it out of you in the days afterward and I have been shocked at the mental fatigue I have felt if honest.
