The May bank holiday weekend was good fun to say the least. A meal on Saturday with friends, exercise prior to that, with Sunday seeing a good cross country run, followed by a BBQ at the Shield’s residence. Monday was calmer with the achievement of a number of chores including the dreaded filing. Plenty of swimming at the Village at Cheadle also went on over the weekend and was very enjoyable, not to mention relaxing
