Well the business website is live for Found Us, my recruitment business. I’m excited since I started the business in February 2014. Thus far I have already made a number of senior placements, with happy people on both sides of the table. The business has bedded in well in the advertising, media, and marketing industries working across media owners, clients, and advertising agencies.
The unique feature with Found Us is that most of the people I deal with I know or are referred to me, and are experienced and normally of a senior level: discerning people who will move for the right reasons. The opposite of this being my work for clients, where I often do not work to a brief, but simply let them know of good people who are looking for a move, change, or relocation: with roles being crafted and created for people.
It is a very bespoke and personal service that I offer, backed up with my personal attitude on life:
- One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.
- One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.
